As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences that meet user needs and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to create user-centered designs that align with project goals and brand standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, user stories, and user journeys to guide design decisions.
•  Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation is technically feasible and meets usability standards.
• Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master's in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field from any Discipline

Skills:

•  At least 2 and above years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital agency or product development environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or Axure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
