Responsibilities:

• 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients to promote and sell products or services
• 2. Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to pitch products or services effectively
• 3. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• 4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• 5. Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner
• 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications:

• 1. High school diploma or equivalent

Skills:

• 1. Good command of the English language
• 2. Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred
• 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• 4. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines effectively
• 5. Good listening skills and ability to handle customer objections and queries
• 6. Strong persuasive skills to sell products or services
• 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• 8. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
• 9. Overall, an outbound Customer Care Executive in an international BPO must have excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
